Any merchandise that arrives broken or damaged during shipping will be replaced immediately at no extra cost, with Mister Merchant covering all delivery charges. However, pre-order items sourced directly from Japan at the customer’s request, rather than from our in-stock selection, may have a risk of minor damage during transit. By placing a pre-order, the customer acknowledges and accepts this possibility.
Items that are damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. We encourage careful handling of all products upon receipt.
